Apply an initial coat on your upper lashes and wait for a few minutes for it to dry before applying the second coat. You may choose to curl your lashes with an eyelash curler for easier application and a better definition. Since your lower lashes are shorter, apply the mascara in soft, brisk strokes to ensure even distribution and avoid clumping.
